Having my wedding at Morgan Creek Barn was the best thing I did. I fell in love with the venue from the moment we visited. They made the planning process so easy because they were always available to talk and always open to hearing what I wanted. The day of was perfect. All of the staff were very friendly. The coordinators were super helpful. The food was DELICIOUS! The DJ was great. It was a magical day and Morgan Creek was a big part of it.

Having my wedding at Morgan Creek Barn was the best thing I did. I fell in love with the venue from the moment we visited. From the very beginning, all of the people I interacted with were extremely helpful and responsive. Melissa was our venue manager and day of coordinator and I cannot recommend her enough! She took care of anything and everything you could think of. She was extremely professional and kept everyone on schedule. She made sure everything ran seamless - to the point she knew what I needed before I did. I would absolutely get married at the Milestone Aubrey if I had to do it again (but don’t plan on it ;) ). My only regret is I would’ve used my own DJ, however all other vendors were awesome and took so much stress out of planning.

Beautiful place. Everyone loved it. Melissa was so helpful and flexible. They worked great with our wrdding planners on solving any issues that arrive. I would say make sure you have meetings with them and explain everything you need.

We had a few issues with communication since one of the planners left without any notifications but once we got closer to we wedding and we got a new planner everything got betterWill definitely recommend Morgan as the planner she did a good job on timeline and helping us with any changes we wanted to do.Also Melissa our day of coordinator did a great job making sure our day went smoothly and she even help us with ideas for decorations! I will still recommend them since everything turned out beautiful and the nacho bar was a hit for appetizers!

My daughter’s wedding was in December 2023 at The Milestone in Aubrey. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Hallie was easy to work with in the whole planning process and Melissa was so attentive as our day of coordinator. I could not have asked for a better and more professional team…highly recommend!

This venue is absolutely stunning! There was a bit of an issue in the beginning as I went through a few planning people, but overall it was excellent!! We are very happy with how our special day turned out. Our day-of coordinator, Melissa, was phenomenal. She made the day run so smoothly, and made the best executive day-of decisions we could have asked (such as changing photo schedules to get golden hour pictures, or placing signs in more appropriate places). We just wish we would've known how on top of things she would be to save us time planning beforehand (type A bride here). Some of the communication between vendors wasn't always communicated the same way during the planning process due to the nature of multiple vendors/planner/day-of coordinator, such as the wedding playlist notes given to the DJ and planners would ask us questions we already answered. But not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. We opted out of doing the videographer and cake with our package, and we did end up having to spend a lot more money and DIY on the florals package. The florals from the venue were beautiful, but super pricey so just FYI. I am still glad they did the more complex florals like the staircase and the cross at the Altar. The catered food was great, we had the honey mustard chicken dish and it was great! Even as honeymoon leftovers. We had Daniel as our DJ with the venue and he was great! He understood our vibe and during the wedding, when we asked him to return to our playlist we had worked hard on rather than one similar, he did so immediately. The Milestone was our dream venue. The bridal suites and additional family suite were amazing and so spacious. We had a big wedding (271 people responded yes to attending), and it wasn't too outrageously packed. We highly recommend this specific venue. As you are going through the package deals (which definitely helped during a 4 month engagement), think about which vendors you truly need. Ask to up front about the ways you can get more hours added to the rental (such as a free hour to do a rehearsal on the day-of) and check the contract for the base hours of bar service because we realized we only had 3 hours to begin with and had to add more. So some hidden fees, but I feel that is with every venue/vendor and we still valued having vendors chosen for us with our short engagement. All-in all, highly recommend, especially for short engagements and big weddings.

We had the most wonderful wedding experience at Morgan Creek Barn! The venue is beautiful, and we loved the ceremony space and the barn reception! But what really made our experience stand out was the wedding coordinators, Morgan, Kaleigh and Melissa. When I tell you I had the most peaceful, happy, non-stressful wedding day... I mean it. Morgan helped us get everything together before the day, she gave us tips and helped me really understand everything so that by the time everything was handed to the day of coordinators Kaleigh and Melissa... everything was handled so beautifully. When I talked to Kaleigh, she treated every single thing like it was important to her that it go right and the way I wanted. I felt like I was in such good hands, like the person coordinating our wedding genuinely cared about us and our experience. Then when the day came and Melissa took over, everything went perfectly. She knew exactly what to do and when, she was calm and had really good advice, she gave us the space to do what we needed and yet we always felt like we had a seamless guiding hand making sure everything went perfectly. The venue is beautiful, but Morgan, Kaleigh and Melissa were worth their weight in gold. The peace of mind, the comfort and the behind the scenes seamless work they did to make everything perfect meant the world to my now husband and I. They gave me the peace of mind I needed to just enjoy and be present with my new husband and our friends and family. I can't thank ya'll enough for the beautiful day you gave me and my husband.

Holy smokes!! I don’t have enough great things to say about milestone, Walters, melissa and Madison. From start to finish they were so responsive, helpful, accommodating and thought of every detail!My only regret-I can’t have a wedding every weekend here. Ps-get the brisket sliders. They are incredible!

Morgan Creek Barn was amazing. My planning rep, Morgan, and my day of coordinator, Kaleigh, were both so helpful and pleasant to work with. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and my wedding day was perfect. My only complaint is that when I had my initial tour, the woman I worked with was very adamant about it being \"all inclusive\" and I asked specific questions like \"are you sure it's all inclusive? We have 9 groomsmen and you're telling me all their suits are included?\" and she said yes.... Come to find out after the fact that you are provided credits to different vendors and don't even cover the bare minimum, so there ended up being A LOT of additional out of pocket expenses that I didn't expect. The same thing happened with stationary and floral. On the topic of suits and tuxes, the company that they use is terrible. We were told that the company is only online so the groomsmen could go to any store, like Men's Warehouse, to get measured and look at styles and they would know what they were talking about, and I could submit the measurements and we would receive suits 1-2 weeks before the wedding. All of the boys went to different Men's Warehouse locations and none of them had any clue what they were talking about when they mentioned Jim's Formal Wear, and gave them a hard time about getting measured. I had 0 communication from the company during the entire process. 2 days before my wedding, I still hadn't heard anything and nobody had gotten their suit, so I reached out to my planning rep in a panic and FINALLY the suit person called me. He told me that the suits were \"at their headquarters where the boys came to get measured.\" WHAT?! I am so glad I took off work that day because I had to drive an hour to go pick them up when they were supposed to be shipped to everyone. If I wouldn't have reached out, we would have had no suits. Also, the \"all inclusive\" suits and tuxes is a $250 credit to this place, which doesn't even cover 2 suits. Luckily, Morgan was extremely helpful with the situation and it all worked out, but it was still very stressful and could have been handled very differently. Everything else was perfect though! I would highly recommend this venue, but get your own suits and tuxes!

Walters weddings is amazing. This has been truly an easy process for seeing planning. A one stop shop is what we were going for and thats exactly what we’ve gotten. They allow you to tweak their packages to your needs. Our venue is the Morgan Creek Barn and we fell in love at first site. If you haven’t seen it. Please do. Hallie our planner and she has been amazing. Easy to talk to and has allowed for us to have EVERYTHING we’ve wanted. Very well rounded in the area of wedding planning and I look forward to seeing everything out together. 10/10, I recommend.

We attended a wedding this past weekend of some close friends. The wedding was gorgeous! The venue was a perfect setting for the formal attire. Melanie Anderson was the Planner who did a fabulous job with florals, tables, bars and food and the exit etc. This was a great wedding anc so much fun

As a bridesmaid of a wedding at The Milestone Aubrey this past weekend the wedding was absolutely amazing. Melanie was the planning representative and she did a phenomenal job making the day exactly how the bride was hoping it would be. As the mother-of-the-bride, we want the wedding of a lifetime to be an unforgettable event... however, it is unforgettable for ALL the wrong reasons. During our first consultation, we were told we would have a dedicated wedding planner throughout our short process of planning (6 months). However, that was not the case. We were shuffled through 5 different people with details dropped every time the wedding shifted hands. Contractual items paid for (like a dedicated additional attendant for the bridal party on the wedding day, a cocktail bar set up in the bride's room, etc.) was not honored. The Tux order through the venue was botched and we had to go searching for same-size wedding guests who were wearing jackets that would fit and blend with the wedding theme. Pants had to be purchased last minute (which has yet to be reimbursed) and they have still never taken the wrong tuxes off our hands that belonged to some other wedding party.Not to mention, they lost a $16K check, right from the start, so there was that hassle of stopping payment and reissuing.We were assured quick response times, but multiple texts and emails were completely unanswered during all stages of planning making it a total nightmare for vendor deadlines.Our daughter - the bride - has been patient in trying to work with the venue (since her December wedding) before having anyone from the wedding party post reviews, however, there has yet again been no response from the venue or its management company. Bottom line, and in the words of the bride, \"Go somewhere else, don't get stuck like I did.\"We hope someone contacts the bride about this. Once they do, I will update this review.

Pants had to be purchased last minute (which has yet to be reimbursed) and they have still never taken the wrong tuxes off our hands that belonged to some other wedding party.Not to mention, they lost a $16K check, right from the start, so there was that hassle of stopping payment and reissuing.We were assured quick response times, but multiple texts and emails were completely unanswered during all stages of planning making it a total nightmare for vendor deadlines.Our daughter - the bride - has been patient in trying to work with the venue (since her December wedding) before having anyone from the wedding party post reviews, however, there has yet again been no response from the venue or its management company. Bottom line, and in the words of the bride, \"Go somewhere else, don't get stuck like I did.\"We hope someone contacts the bride about this. Once they do, I will update this review.

Amanda was absolutely TERRIFIC with planning and ensuring we had an excellent wedding!! My wife and I fell in love with The Milestone the moment we walked in. The entire staff is very welcoming, and they are always excited to talk to you. They never treat you as if they have other clients, or they got done talking to another couple just before seeing you - they give you their undivided attention and it's absolutely phenomenal. Amanda was an absolute God send for our wedding!! We unfortunately had our brass band bail on us last minute that was going to be there for our grand exit. We were a little upset, but we were both just going with the flow at that point. Amanda quickly came up to us saying she had backup options and was able to save the day!! During the planning months, she was always very prompt, very quick to reply, and always knew how to help with our questions. My daughter and her husband recently had their wedding at the Milestone in Aubrey. It was a beautiful wedding. We loved the aesthetic of the venue. We had an overall fantastic experience with the staff here! Emily closely walked us through our engagement, answering all the random questions I had and attending to the nitty-gritty details! She has a gentle and calming presence which benefits any bride during the planning process! She was prompt, professional, and detailed in all her responses. We couldn't have asked for a better planning representative through this process.Chelsea was assigned to us for our day-of coordinator as the venue's General Manager! She was fantastic! Chelsea was on top of all the details for our rehearsal and big day. Chelsea went over and beyond to take on any task she could help with. She helped setup our reception and keep us on schedule throughout the evening of celebration. Chelsea was incredibly professional and felt like a good friend as we celebrated.At the beginning of the process on the very front end, there was some miscommunication from the sales representative who walked us through signing our contract. When we shared our concerns, the Regional VP, Daniel, assisted in making it right. He was kind, courteous, and professional through a very stressful part of the process. I am confident miscommunication is not the norm, but also wanted to give credit to Daniel for handling the situation so well. We were able to come to agreements that allowed everyone to leave the conversation with peace moving forward together, which lead to a beautiful planning process and wedding with The Milestone by Walters Wedding Estates.

We got married at Morgan Creek Barn on 4/24/2022. Although there was a huge thunderstorm and tornado warnings the day of our wedding, it was still everything I dreamed of and more!! My husband and I actually booked Morgan Creek Barn back in June of 2020. I fell in love with the venue the moment I saw it. Communication was great! Whenever I wanted to go see the venue I just had to reach out and they would give me dates that were open to go see it. I went quite a few times! I had my details meeting with Chelsea and it was quick and easy. The venue is absolutely beautiful! Our guests loved it! We didn't use their caterer but we used their bar services and let me tell you it was AMAZING! The drinks were SO GOOD! Our guests still talk about it! The only reason I am giving 4 stars out of 5 is because I have reached out to them plenty of times to see when we would expect our deposit back and I have not heard back from anyone. I was told a few weeks after our wedding date at our details meeting and it's been almost 3 months and we still haven't received anything. So I would be cautious about that. Other than that everything else was great!

We got married at Morgan Creek Barn on 6/4/22 but booked back in July of 2020. Everything about this venue was amazing! Chelsea was my main point of contact and she was always so accommodating and quick to respond to the many questions I had. The venue was expensive but in my opinion it was completely worth every penny. The venue rental price included so much like tables, linens, dinnerware, barware, etc. so I didn't have to worry about finding them through a rental company. The food and bar was one of the best parts, WOW!!! We had a buffet style meal with chicken asiago, broccoli and mashed potatoes as well as a full service bar. The food was absolutely delicious and not cold at all. The morning of our wedding, Jeffery (or Geoffery I don't know how to spell his name) was there setting up our floorplan, linens and chargers. My planner had found dead bugs in the bathroom and he gladly went and swept everything up before guests arrived. I truly believe this venue/company goes above and beyond to make your day flow exactly how you expect it to. I am so thankful for Chelsea and her team! Keep up the amazing work, if I could go back in time I would book this venue 100x again.

Your professionalism, quick response to all of our questions and your attention to detail leading up to the big day is unparalleled. Your commanding yet assuring voice to gather the wedding party and get us all in order was just right! We just had the pleasure of having our wedding at Morgan Creek Barn. It was absolutely gorgeous. We had so many compliments on the venue from all of our guests. The food was equally amazing. Also, we must give a huge shout out to Chelsea, our coordinator. She was so amazing in every aspect of the process. From the planning, to the last minute changes, to helping with decor, the flow of the wedding, we can't say enough about her and how easy she made everything for us. It was such a wonderful experience and definitely one that I would recommend to anyone looking for a great venue.

Morgan Creek Barn is a gorgeous venue! We loved the look of everything and it truly was our dream vision for our wedding. We did have several issues with communication and catering. In the end, Randi helped us a lot and our event coordinator for the day was so sweet! I wish we hadn’t run into so many kinks along the way, but it turned out to be a beautiful day!

Morgan Creek Barn is absolutely stunning. I have so many favorites about the venue and the team it's hard to pick one. The outdoor wedding ceremony space is so beautiful, you don't need to spend a lot of money decorating the space. The beautiful land surrounding the venue makes for amazing pictures, especially at sunset. I was so surprised when the barn doors opened exactly when the music started at my first dance, it was like a movie scene. And then Matt and his team were exceptional and provided the most professional and amazing service during the reception. I would not change a single thing. Thank you so much for such a wonderful night I will cherish forever.

There are no words to describe how beautiful the venue is. It was the last one we looked at after seeing who knows how many. We were burnt out and didn't go in with high expectations. The place is STUNNING and blew us away, I could immediately see myself getting married.The staff is so kind and beyond helpful, they go out of their way to meet your needs and make sure your day run smoothly. We paid extra for the day of coordinator and 10000% recommended. Crystal was perfect and answered questions we didn't even know to ask! There were not holdups or mistakes or anything that \"went wrong.\" The in house catering was also delicious! Crystal makes sure the bride and groom sit and eat a full dinner and have drinks in hand before getting up to mingle and celebrate. I would have totally gone back for seconds if my plate wasn't so full in the first place, the portions are very generous! All in all, I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this venue! Our wedding was everything we could have asked for and more. ♡

We loved our wedding at the Milestone Aubrey! From our first tour, we knew the mansion was the perfect setting for our day! During the planning process, Randi (general manager) was so awesome with her communication, answering every little question I had in such a timely manner. I felt like I was in good hands with Randi - she was so helpful from the bridal portrait day, to the food tasting event, to the final planning meeting. On the day of, our suites were stocked with snacks and alcohol - it was a relaxing day prior to the ceremony. We were pleased with the catering and we got many compliments on the food! I was worried at first when we were told there would only be one bartender, but I didn't notice any lines during the reception! My husband and I were constantly handed our favorite drinks throughout the reception too! I was amazed that our day went so smoothly - we did not have any major problems at all. My one disappointment was the day of coordinator. She was NOT worth the $400 add-on. Since she did not come to the rehearsal due to a family emergency, I met her less than one hour before our ceremony and she did not seem to know much about what was going on. Randi the manager was much more helpful during the day of and the whole evening. I would suggest that future brides find a day of coordinator outside of Walters Weddings. I believe you can get more for your money by going outside of Walters Weddings. Had I known that the day of coordinator did not attend the final details meeting, nor help w/ contacting vendors leading up to the wedding, nor help with setup etc, I would have not done the add-on to our wedding package. But like I said, our day was perfect - we had no problems at all - we just would have liked having a more helpful and involved day of coordinator!

Wow this venue is stunning! We were married the the Mansion and loved the the beautiful chandeliers and windows in the chapel. It was important to me to have my ceremony + reception in the same place because that way guests didn't have to drive far away for the next thing. We also wanted a spacious place for guests to be able to move around and not feel too crowded. We hired a day of coordinator through the venue and at first it made me hesitant but Crystal, our coordinator, EXCEEDED my expectations! She truly made our day move so smoothly and effortlessly. My mom and I were so thankful to have her there to guide us through the entire day. She was truly worth it. We appreciated all the amenities The Milestone had to offer. The food was fantastic and our guests still tell us how much they loved it. I will say the only thing that was not my favorite probably was I didn't feel the venue was as flexible as I would have appreciated, especially during covid and that they had the highest service charge of all the venues we toured. We still signed because of how beautiful the building and grounds was and it was what I had envisioned for my wedding day. That's not against them but it was something that made us consider for awhile if it was really worth it. I am still so grateful to have been married here and it's the dreamiest venue to me and always will be!

This venue was AMAZING! The staff were all accessible, kind, prompt, and professional! We had one small hiccup day of the wedding, and they had it fixed within 5 minutes flat. We opted to have a day-of coordinator and when I tell you that Crystal was INCREDIBLE... it's an understatement. She laughed with us, cried with us, and made sure our wedding went off without a hitch!! The venue itself was beautiful, clean, and set up perfectly for us. 10 put of 10, definitely reccommend!!

I was hesitant on choosing a venue that did their own catering and alcohol, but the venue truly exceeded my expectations. Everyone was raving about how great the food was (for those who want to know, beef quesadillas, duet of chicken and salmon and duet of chicken and steak for food). The bartender did an amazing job with making mixed drinks! Tequila mojitos and old fashioned's were the favorites! The day of the wedding went perfectly, I got a venue coordinator and I think that helped things run smoothly. The venue let us bring decorations and store them there before the day of the wedding which helped A LOT for the day of the wedding. But there were some negative things about the process. Communication wasn't very good. I had to email, call, and text in order to get a response most of the time. Another thing would be that the tables and chairs weren't in the place where I had asked them to be put in the reception. I had to stop in the middle of my hair and makeup and go move them myself which I didn't like. Also the ceremony chairs weren't what I asked for either. Other than those things there weren't any other problems. Overall, the venue really is gorgeous and I'm so glad I booked it!! The photos taken there are beautiful and I will cherish my memories there forever!

The venue was absolutely incredible and was the perfect place for our wedding. However, I would have appreciated more communication from the staff. I had to initiate most communication to make sure things were going forward throughout our entire wedding process. Additionally, the \"day of\" set up and operations was not well organized. I would highly recommend this venue as long as the bride, groom, and family understand they need to bring lots of their own help to make sure everything gets done and runs smoothly. For example, we were told that there would be a lighter by the unity candle at the altar (I specifically asked if I needed to bring one but was assured the staff would provide one) but during the ceremony there wasn't one so we had to run and get one during the ceremony which was very disappointing. There was not any soap in any of the bathrooms until we called and asked for some to be put in the dispensers. Additionally, our floor plan was not set up when we arrived inside or outside and there were not any staff members easily accessible throughout the entire day. I was very fortunate to have my family and wedding party there to help me set up tables inside and outside but I would have really liked that to have been completed by staff members as we were told that's what would happen. Since nothing was done that was supposed to be set up by our arrival, I was delayed from taking pictures by an hour (so did not get to take any before the ceremony) and did not get to spend the quality time with friends and family before the wedding like I had always imagined, instead everyone was very stressed out. The venue is truly stunning and fair for the price. Personally, I decided to set up decorations for my own wedding thinking it would take no longer than an hour or two (very minimal decor) since the venue staff was supposed to arrange tables inside and outside before we got there, therefore, I would highly recommend hiring your own day of coordinator to combine with the one they provide just to be safe and avoid the hiccups we encountered.

The Milestone is one of the best venues ever hands down! I researched over 20 venues and visited about 15 and the Milestone stuck out to me the most. All of their venues are jaw dropping stunning and extremely well maintained. I personally held my wedding at the mansion because that fits my style best and everyone who attended my wedding said it was one of the prettiest venues they have seen. The mansion comes with catering which took a lot of pressure off of me to find a good cater and their food was great! Their pricing is very reasonable for what you get and is flexible depending on how long you choose to stay at the venue. Their staff is so helpful and sweet and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my special day was perfect! Everyone warned more that the day of coordinator that comes with venues doesn't do that much and I should pay extra to hire someone else, but that couldn't be further from true with the Milestone. My day of coordinator did everything I needed and more and went out of her way to make me feel beautiful and calm. Everyone who helped me plan and prep for my big day at the Milestone was delightful to work with and assured me that everything I wanted would go smoothly and perfectly. I couldn't have had a better wedding! I strongly recommend anyone getting married soon to check out the Milestone's venues, especially the Mansion!

I appreciate the staff that they have at their office! They are very polite, professional, organized, and they respond to you in a timely manner! Their tastings are amazing and have great venues available!!! I had my wedding at the Milestone Mansion (Aubrey) and it was GORGEOUS! The entire day went so smoothly and their staff were so professional, courteous, and organized!

From the moment that you walk into the Morgan Creek Barn you are blown away! I looked at 5 other venues before making my way to the barn, and let me just say that none of the ones I looked at previously can compete! I burst into happy tears right when I walked in because I just knew that this was the place that I was going to get married. The bridal suite is SO INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL! And it had tons of space for my large bridal party and all of my family members. If you like rustic, modern & chic then you've definitely got to check this place out! The whole process from start to beginning was made easy from the staff at the Milestone! They were always available via phone and email to answer any of the questions that I had- (and I had a lot!) You also get a day-of-coordinator included in the price of the venue! Amanda was my coordinator and she was so sweet and she did such an amazing job! She made the weeks leading up to the big day less stressful, and when the big day came up- she was there to coordinate everything from the set up to the vendors, etc. Amanda was very professional and informative and she definitely deserves a raise! ;) I had such an amazing experience getting married at the Morgan Creek Barn and I highly recommend that you check them out!
